About me

My family dates back to 1531 in Cornwall - and probably beyond but it gets difficult to trace further.

Amongst other things, there is a long association with China Clay, including a 'Cap'n' of the port at Charlestown and one of my own sons currently working in the industry. We also have a connection with Heligan House.

Aside from guiding, I work as a model. This led to an offshoot occupation as a sometime supporting artist, including several appearances on BBCTV Poldark. (See short video below from S4 when my costume was dark green dress/black hat and cape, so you can spot the tiny glimpses!)

Throughout my life I have been a keen walker and walked a great deal with my own children from age three to their late teens. I still often walk with my lovely granddaughter.
